(White "freckles" on the slab are salt that was used to give the concrete a salt-finish for roughness and texture. Salt was later rinsed off after concrete had cured.

Interesting Facts About The Project

This concrete entry way was given a salt-finish to give it a rougher texture. Thin line bumps where also added along the entry way to allow for more stability and control for any wheels climbing or descending on the the angle of the entry way.
